Well, here are just a few of the other things that came in with that shipment.

Car window decal...

Steering wheel cover...

And the beautiful, pink and sparkly items that were featured on our Facebook page...

New Sanrio for spring

We have the new Sanrio items for spring. Strawberry kitty is the newest Hello Kitty design...and it's so cute!

[insert skateboarder slang here]

Yes...the Hello Kitty people make just about everything.

And this skateboard is actually available at the shop!

Come check it out....dude.

Hello Kitty has gone green!

We all knew that it would happen eventually...

[Check out the fun reusable tote above...kind of makes you want to go grocery shopping, huh?]

She is quite trendy you know...
[The stickers above would look great on notebooks, car windows, etc. Show your HK pride wherever you go!]

And as a model for young girls all over the world...
[Reusable water bottles like the one above are great alternatives to the throw-away water bottles and a REALLY great alternative over Styrofoam cups!]

We all knew that eventually...
[The burlap-y tote above is the perfect size for a little girl's purse]

Hello Kitty would jump on the "going green" bandwagon...
[The usual mechanical pencils and ballpoint pens in great earth tones...and the pencil is awesome...I'll take an up close picture when I think of it.]

I suppose if you're going to get on a bandwagon...
[And check out the adorable HK plush above]

the green one would be the one to go with.
[I love the reusable thermos and travel coffee mug. Love!]

Bling bling!

Ok, the pictures do not do this jewelry justice! It is so cute and definitely isn't your little sister's jewelry. This is jewelry for you - the moms, the college students, the aunts, the fashionistas, the girlfriends and fiances...you get the picture! And yes...a few of the little sisters might want this jewelry too!

Check out the pictures but then definitely come into the shop and see the real deal. Christmas is near and it's a great time to start putting things on layaway.

Ladies, feel free to give me a call if you see something that you like. I've been known to "hint" to boyfriends and husbands when the need arrises!

Saturday Only Sale

Mom is at Market this weekend and I've got the shop to myself...

and this is the perfect time to have a little sale before the big holiday rush...don't you think?

So this Saturday only I'll be offering some great deals...

50% off plus $2 on select fall and winter clothing

$5 & $10 off select Crocs

10% off ALL SANRIO .... 20%, 30%, 40% & 50% off select Sanrio items

Come in and see me while I'm at the shop tomorrow...I might have even more sales on when you show up!

It's the perfect time to stock up on Christmas gifts - school friend gifts, teacher gifts, dance/cheer/sunday school class gifts, stocking stuffers....are you getting any ideas yet?

and ssshhh...don't tell Mom!

Rain rain

I don't complain about the rain as it's pretty much the only time that my plants get watered and my car gets washed!

It isn't the most convenient thing on days like today when I had on a white button up shirt, dress pants, flats and no umbrella....but I didn't melt so it's all good!

A rainy day couldn't be more fun, though, when you spend the afternoon with a good friend and you are both wearing jeans and colorful rainboots...and you do your best NOT to avoid the puddles...like time I spent with my friend Shellie at the fair last week!

So in honor of this rainy day and the fun that can be had when properly attired for the weather...

Check out the new raincoats, umbrellas and rainboots that we just got in!

Sale!

For those of you who have been visiting the blog during this posting dry spell and are patiently waiting for new posts...thank you! I'm getting back into the swing of things and have been taking some pictures at the shop of some of the awesome new stuff we have in for back to school and even some gift-y things for you early Christmas shoppers.

Until I get the pictures up here, though, feel free to come by and see them in person at the shop!

You can also stop by the wedding website (that I have updated a bit lately) and see some of the pictures from mine & Seth's wedding.

Definitely come by the shop, though, and see the sale that mom has going on. She has two racks full of spring and summer clothes 50% off + $2....a really really great deal for some of the stuff on there! We are also getting new shipments of Hello Kitty for back to school every week.

Pictures soon...I promise! I'll talk to y'all soon!

Gift Idea #14 is Hello Kitty and Friends!

You knew that this had to be on my list somewhere! We are the ONLY Sanrio store in Warren County and we have one of the largest selections of Sanrio in the Middle Tennessee area! With Hello Kitty, Keroppi, Pandapple, Chococat, Batz Maru and all the rest of the Sanrio friends...we have plenty of Sanrio for the girls and even for the boys. Everyone from toddler-age up to grown women love Hello Kitty...and we can find something in Hello Kitty for nearly everyone!

Don't forget!

We can hold stuff for you to think about and we gift-wrap for free! We'll be open through Christmas Eve for your convenience and if there's anything else we can do to make your Christmas season easier, just give us a call!

Do you really want to go out of town during this hectic time...traffic, crazed shoppers, stores running out of merchandise, crazy cold/rainy/windy weather, very public restrooms (yuck!), cold loooong walks across huge parking lots at malls, germs on carts and doorknobs, long lines at check-out, long waits for after-shopping eating, having to hop from store to store to find different gifts for different people, grumpy salespeople, having to wrap everything yourself or pay the price, lugging bags and boxes with you while you shop and then on the cold loooong trek across the parking lot to your car, mall Santas (yikes!), having to deal with gift receipts with codes and numbers that you don't recognize.....AND THEN when you get home, the gifts are under the tree and you're sitting there thinking about the whole experience - the fear that some of the stuff won't fit or work and you'll have to make the whole trip over again!

..............................................................................................................

Five-minutes from almost anywhere in town, close-to-the-door parking, service all the way to your car, no gift receipts required (unless you really want one!), within walking distance (or just a short drive) to great restaurants like Gondola, Stewart's Pharmacy Luncheonette, Loafin' Around, Baskin Robbins, Billy's, La Cazona, Captain D's, J's, China Wok, Fiesta Ranchero, Peking...our check-out lines are never too long, we try to keep everything in stock and when we can't we'll find something just as good for you and a wide selection for nearly everyone on your list, etc. etc. ......

Curbside service, gift registries, deliveries, pre-picked out gifts, gift certificates...just don't ask us to come down your chimney (we will eat the cookies, though, if you insist!).
