A Little "Love" on Valentine's Day

Sydney Love, that is.

Mom picked up this new line of luggage, totes and accessories at the last gift market and she is super excited, not only to have them in the shop for customers, but also because she's planning to take some of the luggage on the next trip she and dad take!

ICU Glasses Special

Mom has to wear glasses but only for reading so she wears them around her neck on an eye glasses strap.
It just so happens that Tabetha Sullens, over at Reminisce Heirlooms, makes some beautiful eye glasses straps that I often order as gifts for mom.

A few weeks ago I saw a beautiful necklace on Tabetha's blog - it was brightly colored and had a variety of beads in different shapes, sizes and textures. It looked just like something that mom would wear...except she doesn't wear necklaces as often as she does eye glasses straps so I asked Tabetha if she could change it for me.

Mom loves it of course!

The other day Tabetha posted it on the blog and mentioned the great brand of reading glasses that we carry at the shop and told people to go check them out. The Cayman

The Cayman remains the most popular of all the Crocs and I just got in a small reorder of Caymans for adults. I got them in in neutral shades (khaki, black, chocolate, etc.) and all the way up to men's size 13. Hurry in while this supply lasts!

All Terrain for Adults

The Islander Crocs are so popular...and even though we still have those in stock, we now have the All Terrain Crocs too.

These are pretty much the same as the Islanders but with no holes which make them perfect for fall and winter and the rainy, snowy, yucky weather that goes along with them. These are for men or women, just like the islanders.

We have them in women's size 6 (men's 4) all the way up to men's 14...a size to fit everyone. They come in black, chocolate, black/chocolate and chocolate/khaki.

Sassari

The Sassari reorder is here! This is the second time we've gotten the black/black, but the first time we've gotten the khaki/white. They're both really cute and really really comfortable. Supplies are limited and everyone wants a pair so come on in and get a pair (or both)!

The adult Athens are in. In this shipment we got navy/khaki , chocolate/khaki and orange/pearl...and a few more colors are on their way!

Women's History Month Tribute...

Early this month I posted an idea for a contest drawing...in order to celebrate Women's History Month I invited everyone to post comments "nominating" women that they really admired.

Since every main-stream news station, website, newspaper and magazine had taken care of honoring the famous women in history...I decided to make this post about local women who we all know...women that have affected us on a personal level.

I had planned to do a drawing of the people who posted...but I only had two entries so I have decided that BOTH OF THEM WIN! They both chose to post women that they knew well and both nominations were very sweet...so, CONGRATULATIONS ladies!

Here are the women who we admire. Go to THIS POST to read all that was said about them. This post is in their honor! Happy Women's History Month...take a moment to thank those women in your life who have made it easier for you, the women who you admire, the women who you look to as role models....not just in March but every chance you get!

Crocs Capri and Crete Flip Flops

Here are the pictures that I promised...

I really really like these and I think they're going to go even better than last year's version of the Capri!

This style will definately be great for those of you about to head out on Cruises or Spring Break. I like this black pair below because even though they have canvas straps, they are black and will look great for beach-y type dressing up!

And THESE are the Cretes. The blue color looks just like denim and the khaki color just like khakis...convenient, huh? These are great for you guys who live in their jeans or khaki shorts during the Summer. And for you ladies who just love these colors, the men's sizes do overlap a bit with women's...so definately come in to see them and maybe they'll work. We go all the way up to men's size 13 so we can fit nearly every guy out there with these!
And finally, here is a close-up of the Crete's canvas strap. The women's Capri is made of the same material. Soooo comfy!

These would make a good Valentine's gift for your sweetie...don't you think? You could write on the card, "you're my SOLE-mate"! LOL

Cretes and Capris

I don't have pictures yet, but I will post them sometime tomorrow or Wednesday.

Today we got in the Crete and the Capri flip flops.
The Men's (Crete) sizes start at men's 6 (women's 8) and go all the way up to men's 13.

The Women's Capris are in all the regular sizes. Come in quick because I don't think I'll get a chance to reorder for awhile and these will go fast. We ran out really quickly last summer and in my opinion, the styles last year weren't as cute as these!

If you just can't wait till I post the pics, come on in to the store this week and see them!

Arriving Daily...

Crocs are coming out of our ears, it would appear!

We've begun to get in our Spring shipments and as always with Crocs, they are already selling fast!

First off, we have the Islander. This is the first time we've ever gotten in this style...but it's been around for awhile. We've had so many requests for them, though, that I decided to finally break down and order them! They are unisex....so anyone can wear them! They look good with a pair of khakies, jeans, even shorts. They're nice enough to wear to church but comfortable and casual enough to wear to the lake, to school or to work. My dad is a biiig fan, so is Sheila Young down at WallPaper for Less!

The Cleo made its debut last Spring and even all through the Winter, we had people asking for them! Well, they are back...in the popular chocolate/cotton candy combination that everyone already loves, but this season there are a few new color combos; Khaki/Khaki and Khaki/Chocolate. Hurry and get some of these because I know that they'll go quickly! Only $29.99.

FINALLY! The Adult Mary Janes are back! I know you've all been waiting for this really popular style and I got in about 8 boxes FULL of them...come on in and get your size though....you know how it is with these shoes! The adult sizes are only $29.99. Also don't forget that we have the children's sizes in this style too...they are $24.99.

I have them right now in Khaki/Pearl, so come on in and see these, but I'm expecting another big shipment a little later of some more colors!
Yet another style that we couldn't keep last year was the Sassari. It is a really cute and trendy wedge and the best part is that, like all the other Crocs, it is super comfortable. I wore my black and white pair all day on the day of the Junior Miss Pageant last year....standing and walking around the whole day....and my feet did not start to hurt the least bit! Do you know how exciting it is to find a pair of heels that you can stand in all day without hurting?.....very exciting! Come, hurry, get some....these are already going fast!
