I'm sure we've mentioned in the past how great Kalencom diaper bags and accessories are. I just love these diaper bags because they're bright, modern, fun, easy to clean (inside and out), affordable and fashionable! Holiday Extended Hours

We know you work hard and that many times your schedules don't allow for much free time to shop during our regular hours at the shop. That's why during the month of December we will have special extended shopping hours.

We will continue to open at 10am Monday through Saturday and on

Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays we will be open until 7pm.

We will close at the regular times on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

On Sundays in December we will be open from 12:30pm (after church and lunch) until 3pm.

Of course, we want to work with your schedule and if you still aren't able to make it to the shop...we'll work it out with you! Give us a call during regular store hours and we'll set up a time to be open just for you - celebrity-style! Someone is pretty much always "on call" and can be there to open the shop at any time!

ICU Glasses Special

Mom has to wear glasses but only for reading so she wears them around her neck on an eye glasses strap.
It just so happens that Tabetha Sullens, over at Reminisce Heirlooms, makes some beautiful eye glasses straps that I often order as gifts for mom.

A few weeks ago I saw a beautiful necklace on Tabetha's blog - it was brightly colored and had a variety of beads in different shapes, sizes and textures. It looked just like something that mom would wear...except she doesn't wear necklaces as often as she does eye glasses straps so I asked Tabetha if she could change it for me.

Mom loves it of course!

The other day Tabetha posted it on the blog and mentioned the great brand of reading glasses that we carry at the shop and told people to go check them out. I commented on that post that anyone who visits the shop, buys a pair (or more) of the ICU glasses or sunglasses and mentions Reminisce Heirlooms can have 10% off of their glasses purchase!

So...go on over, check out her blog and look at the beautiful eyeglass holder that she made for mom (and the rest of the great stuff there). Then come in the shop, look at the ICU glasses, buy a pair at the "Tabetha special" and then have her make a cute eye glasses strap to match them!

More Market Baskets

Here are the pictures that I promised of some of the newest market basket designs...

The zip-on tops are something that set our market baskets apart from others I've seen. I usually toss my car keys, wallet and coupons into my basket when shopping at grocery store...so the top makes me feel like they're just a little more protected and not out for everyone to see.

These bags also have a nifty little pocket on the side that is perfect for a bonus card, cash, a little bottle of hand sanitizer, etc. I think it's a nice little touch.

And have I mentioned that they're only $29.99? We can't keep them on the shelves!

The same company also makes these great roll-y bags. Once again, completely collapsible & washable. We're already sold out of the most recent shipment of these...but more are on their way! These will make great carry-on bags and I can think of a lot of other uses.

Finally, one other bag by this company. It's just a simple carry-all tote bag...but sooo cute! I think this would be the perfect gift for a college student. Especially those that come home on weekends...they'll be able to bring home just what they need and not have to worry with a big suitcase or, like me when I was in school, a laundry basket!
